AMDS is authorized by the administration of various Flag State such as Belize, Cyprus, Hong Kong, Liberia, Malta, Marshall Islands, and Panama, Portugal, and St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and etc.

Seafarer's Identification and Record Book (SIRB)
Seafarer’s Identification Record Book of any officer or rating varies depending on policy of issuing Registry.

Special Qualification Certificates (SQC)
Issuance of Special Qualification Certificates of any Seafarer serving on board may or maybe be required as per issuing Registry.
03.
Endorsement / Certificate of Competency
Endorsement or Certificate of Competency should be applied for Officer as a supplementary to the Original Certificate as a required by the issuing Registry.
04.
Certificate of Receipt of Application (CRA) /
Certificate of Receipt of Application (CRA) / Acknowledgement of Application or it’s equivalent is valid for 90 days as a temporary authority to sail.
